MENTAL HEALTH

Within the framework of World Mental Health Day celebrated every October 10, the Regional Mental Health Network has organized the Mental Health Week. This year's event "Let's talk about mental health! Well-being for all" will focus on promoting healthy lifestyle habits that contribute to the physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and mental well-being of young people.

During this week you will have the opportunity to meet and learn from different experiences of young people, specialists, and experts, from various countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

You will be able to know and work in the areas of well-being (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and mental) through interactive activities where the participants themselves, like you, will be the protagonists, so that we all generate a positive impact.

Finally, you will be able to take tips and recommendations to help you continue working on your integral well-being in Spirit, Mind, and Body.

So we invite you from October 5 to 10 to our YMCA Mental Health Week.

See you there!
